On April 26, 1921, Odd Fellows gathered in Norman to celebrate the 102nd anniversary of Odd Fellowship and participate in the fourth annual session of the Cleveland County I.O.O.F. association. At 1pm, the county association held its quarterly meeting and elected officers. Immediately following Norman Lodge No. 7 conferred the initiatory degree, “putting the work on in such impressive manner as to win much favorable comment from the two hundred representatives present.” The Norman IOOF 42-piece brass band (which had only been assembled for a mere five weeks!) played as the members of Norman IOOF served a dinner banquet at 5pm for the two hundred guests. Following the banquet, a group photo was taken at Edward’s Park (West Main Street and South Jones Avenue).

The crowd then returned to the Lodge where the First Degree was conferred upon two candidates by a team from Noble, after which an Encampment was opened for the conferral of the Patriarchal degree on six candidates, concluding at the midnight hour.
